This used Yamaha 23 saxophone has obviously been treated well by its previous owner. In fact, it would be difficult to find a used saxophone in such nice condition. It plays freely from low B-flat up to high F, is well constructed, and plays in tune with itself. The gold lacquer finish is in excellent shape with only some light scratches, along with some noticeable wear at the very bottom. Although the keys show a little cloudiness, the overall appearance is good. The mouthpiece has some discoloration and finish wear on the back, but the facing is free of nicks or scratches. It comes in a heavy duty case that has some scratches and scuff marks on the outside and a clean plush interior. Included are a neck strap, swab, polishing cloth, neck cleaner, and a mouthpiece saver.
