Saxophone Details

This is a sharp-looking gently used Yamaha 52 alto saxophone, an intermediate level instrument. Not only does it look great, but it is in wonderful playing condition. It plays freely down to low B-flat, up to high F-sharp and everything in between. The Yamaha 52 has a characteristic dark tone suitable for any use. Comparable new instruments list for about $2,700 new and retail for about $1,800. There are some light scratches on the neck, but no dents. The body of the saxophone just has some light scratches, and the finish is in excellent shape with a shiny appearance and clear logo. The mouthpiece shows a little discoloration, but the facing is clean, and it is free of teeth indentations. It comes in a zippered nylon covered hard shell case, that has some scuff marks on the outside, a shoulder strap, and a clean plush interior. Two additional outside pockets can be used for carrying music or accessories. Included are a neckstrap, new swab, mouthpiece brush, neck snake, cork grease, marching lyre and 3 new reeds.

Instruments will be shipped within one day of receipt of payment. We ship by United States Post Office priority mail, 2-3 days delivery. The $30 flat fee for U.S. shipping includes delivery confirmation so we know the instrument arrived safely, and delivery insurance in case it doesn't.
